This guild was created for both fun and the enjoyment of End Game progressions. As such, we have some general rules that we observe.

As a fellow guild member you are expected to conduct yourself as follows:

- Treat your fellow player with respect and courtesy.
- People first, gear distribution second.
- Overall good playership.

We are an age 18 and over guild: From experience there will be no more exceptions to this rule.

Have fun and know the limits! The biggest expectation we have is for our members to enjoy the game, regardess of whether it's grinding rep or taking part in 25 man raids. It is important to note, however, that in having fun, please recognize that there are social expectations as well. Know the difference between "good humor" and "crude language." Players that continually pepper public chat with vulgarity may be removed.This guild was created for both fun and the enjoyment of End Game progressions. Know thy Officers: We have a great group of folks that have taken on the officer positions to enable faster, more efficient decision making. As such, know your leaders! They are there to provide everything from guidance to an ear should there be an issue.

Issues / Grievances: In the event that an issue arises, the player affected should immediately contact an appropriate officer. It has been our experience that, when handled in this way, issues are resolved much quicker than having a player try to "stir the pot" in public chat. Going to an Officer = taking the initiative to get the issue resolved. Igniting public chat with incendiary speech = Drama Queen.

LEAVING THE GUILD:

We understand that not every guild fits every person. Should you decide to remove your alt toons simply /gquit them although a head up is always appreciated. If you take your Main Toon out of the guild with no notice or during some sort of Drama Llama situation the following rules apply:

- Should you decide the grass is truly NOT greener elsewhere you must message Restopete about your individual situation. On a case by case basis your toon may be re-invited back to the guild. It will depend on your attitude, your reasons and what feedback the officers have about the particular issue(s) that resulted in your /gquit.

- This guild is NOT a revolving door and we are not doormats. We are a group of friends who want to play together, meet new people and enjoy the game. As game subscribers it is true you have the Right to play your game as you see fit, but you do not have the Right to be in our guild. Understand there is a difference and sometimes we have to make the tough choices for the betterment of the guild as a whole.
